‘Solraewon’ can be defined as “a place where the fragrance of pine (sol) fills the air” as a Korean term. True to this name, the headquarters of Solraewon is located adjacent to the DMZ, South Korea’s largest nature conservation area, where water flows from the natural reserves of Mount Kumgang and other pristine conservation areas.

Furthermore, the mountain surrounding Solraewon is designated as a heron habitat protection area, and we are dedicated to its preservation.

Solraewon thrives in harmony with nature, brewing our liquors using pure water and a commitment to quality in this remarkable environment.

The logo of Solraewon features two people facing each other, reflecting our management philosophy that prioritizes people.

Message from the CEO

“True Success Cannot be Achieved without a Singular Focus on a Goal.”

This is a mantra I have always held dear. For the past 40 years, I have dedicated myself to the study and exploration of liquors, gradually deepening my expertise in this field.

Greetings, I am Lee Lee Han, the CEO of Solraewon.

With over four decades of study and commitment, I successfully pioneered the world’s first effective storage techniques for natural pine mushrooms, resulting in the creation of exceptional pine mushroom liquor.

Drawing from this experience and research, Solraewon has evolved into a comprehensive liquor corporation. In a highly concentrated global liquor market, we have dedicated decades to researching liquors that can be savoured worldwide, creating unique recipes in the process.
I am not solely focused on Solraewon’s growth in isolation. My goal is to manage Solraewon in a way that contributes to the agricultural economy, local communities, and ultimately the national economy. In light of this vision, I have been honoured to be awarded both the Stone and Gold Tower Industrial Service Medals for my contributions.

Looking ahead, I remain committed to advancing Solraewon in alignment with our management philosophy of prioritizing people, fostering growth alongside all members of our community.

Founded in 2002 as a liquor manufacturer, we at Solraewon have grown into a comprehensive liquor production company. Building on our expertise in traditional liquor brewing, we now produce a broad variety of liquors, including whiskey and brandy, in addition to traditional liquor. Through years of research, we have obtained numerous patents and certifications, and our product quality and technical expertise are highly recognized. As a result, we are actively expanding our international exports.
