The new MONROI is grounded in the deep, classic character of French X.O brandy while easing back any overly heavy or harsh notes to achieve a smoother, more elegant balance.
It is a French vintage brandy in which mature depth, rich fruit aromas, and a silky, lingering finish come together in harmony.
The spirit at the heart of MONROI is an eau-de-vie made entirely from pure wine.
Distilled from Bordeaux wine in traditional copper pot stills, the eau-de-vie delicately preserves the natural fruit and floral aromas of the wine, creating the rich aromatic character distinctive of French brandy.
At a 20-million-liter oak-aging facility in Ambès, France, the eau-de-vie develops delicate fruit aromas, gentle wood notes, and a rich amber color. Master Blender Eymeric Bernard personally compares the spirits across different ages and stages of flavor development, selecting the X.O eaux-de-vie best suited to MONROI’s intended style.
The final blend preserves the depth and aromatic structure of the eau-de-vie while delivering a smooth mouthfeel and well-balanced finish that appeal naturally to Korean palates.
