Pine Mushroom Liqueur was Solraewon’s first product—the traditional liquor that marked the beginning of the company. Yanggu, Gangwon State, where Solraewon is headquartered, is known for its pristine natural landscape and deep forests, a renowned habitat for wild pine mushrooms. Solraewon recognized the value of Yanggu’s rare pine mushrooms early on and continued its research and technological development to preserve their distinctive aroma and flavor for longer. In the process, the company filed a patent application for long-term pine mushroom preservation technology, laying the foundation for crafting wild pine mushrooms into liquor.

Because pine mushrooms cannot be cultivated, they are exceptionally rare. Long regarded as a precious medicinal ingredient, they are known for their anti-inflammatory, anticancer, and immune-enhancing properties.

Pine Mushroom Liqueur was born from Solraewon’s years of research into pine mushrooms and its accumulated production expertise.

It is crafted by maturing 100% wild-harvested pine mushrooms for 10 years, allowing their distinctive deep aroma and smooth flavor to become naturally integrated into the liquor.

Bring the glass closer, and a delicate, fresh aroma reminiscent of newly harvested pine mushrooms begins to unfold. On the palate, the gentle savoriness softened through long maturation develops into a calm, deep flavor.
